J&A Racing International: Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason.

  • Standard Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Extended International Window: For our international customers, we extend this return period to 30 days if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them:

  • Unused & Unaltered: Parts must not have been fitted, greased, or used on a vehicle.

  • Original Packaging: Items should be in their original packaging with all tags and documentation included.

  • Resaleable: The item must be in a condition where it can be resold as new.

3. How to Start a Return

We make the process simple through your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account at jaracing.com.

  2. Go to "Complete Orders" under the My Account menu.

  3. Click the "Return Item(s)" button next to the relevant order.

  4. Once submitted, we will provide you with further instructions via email.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will refund your return postage costs upon receipt and inspection.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as J&A Racing cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return reaches us and is inspected, we typically process refunds within 2–3 working days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

  • Notification: You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

6. Faulty Items & Fitment Issues

If you receive a faulty item or have issues with part fitment, please contact us immediately at jaracing.com@gmail.com. For fitment issues, please provide your vehicle frame number to help our technical team assist you.
